License and Usage

  1. License Grant: Interviews.so grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the technical interview scenarios provided by the Product.

  2. Authorized Use: The license permits companies to purchase a license to access the material for internal purposes, including training and evaluation of candidates.

  3. Prohibited Use: You are expressly prohibited from using the material to create a competing company or providing the material for free to third parties.

Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership: Interviews.so retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Product, including all intellectual property rights.

  2. Restrictions: You may not distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Product outside of your company.

Payment and Fees

  1. License Fees: Companies are required to pay the applicable license fees to access and use the Product. Fees are non-refundable.

  2. Renewal: There is no renewal or re-up fee.

Termination

Interviews.so reserves the right to terminate or suspend your license at any time for violation of these Terms or any other reason.

Disclaimer

The Product is provided "as is" without any warranty. Interviews.so shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

Interviews.so reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Product after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
